A 19th Century French brass repeating and striking carriage antique clock, silvered Roman numerated chapter ring with engraved dial, column and stepped case, backplate signed Brevete SCD.
This very handsome carriage antique clock has a most unusual mixed metal dial with floral designs and Birds, Reeded Carinthian columns with Plinth top and base.
Above has a large swing reeded handle.
The front and sides carry the original thick beveled glass, Showing the 8 day movement with original escapment.
Push button repeat on demand and hour repeat function.
This clock comes complete with key the movement is in working order
