Circa 1880 and later (with alterations). An interesting pair of military style burr walnut pedestals. The burr walnut tops with quarter brass brackets, to the front there is a bank of four graduating drawers with burr walnut facings and flush brass military handles, drawers are separated by a brass brackets the gables of the pedestals are also in burr walnut. Beneath the bottom drawer there is further brass brackets, moulded fore edge and the pair rest on an enclosed plinth.
