A pretty Bloor period Derby porcelain porringer shape tea cup and saucer with a "Dresden" / wishbone handle. Decorated with a wide frieze of a stylized grape vine with individual underglaze blue leaves and rich gilt vine, grapes and tendrils. Gilt border either side of the rim, above the foot and as a stripe down the back of a handle. Red painted mark, c.1820.
