A bell striking French gilded carriage antique clock by Pons of Paris. An enamel dial with fine Roman numerals and moon blued steel hands. A gilded case with a shaped carrying handle. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and half hours on a bell. A lever escapement and push button repeating. The mechanism is marked with Pons stamp, medal of 1823. Circa 1870.
