Art Nouveau Brass and Ormolu Carriage Clock (Franc
A very attractive Art Nouveau carriage antique clock with a Japanese influence. It has an oriental shaped handle, bands of gilt ormolu laurel leaves The enamel dial has blue numerals and is signed by the original retailer Reed and Son of Cambridge. It has an 8 day movement with a lever platform and was supplied by Richard &Co of Paris.
Current Condition
The case has been cleaned and lacquered so that it will not tarnish, the movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months. The clock benefits from a replacement lever platform.

8.00cm wide 15.50cm high 7.00cm deep (3.15 inches wide 6.10 inches high 2.76 inches deep) We have been established since 1978, dealing in and restoring most antiques, specialising in clocks and furniture. We have our own workshops where we carry out specialist restoration work.-
