Art Deco silver sugar basket - Birmingham - 1925
A beautiful quality sterling silver sugar basket complete with Bristol blue inner glass pot dated Birmingham 1925.
The goblet style basket has a nice stylised body and neat open pierce work to the top and also the handle.
The base is a rounded pedestal style.
Both the main part and the handle are hallmarked.
Overall this is a very nice quality sterling silver basket with no damage. The handle moves into a holding position with ease and isn't loose. The silver is in good condition and the glass inner excellent. A clean piece which would enhance any collection of antique silver.
