Antique compacts Deere 1921 powder tin vintage powder compacts NUDES. A wonderful antique gilded powder tin made by The Reich-Ash Corporation in 1921. The powder tin lid shows a nude lady gazing at her reflection in a hand mirror. She is surrounded by an elegant triangular frame with embossed flowers & foliage. Underneath her feet the tin is signed 'DEERE' & another but more subtle border of tiny raised circles finishes the design of this famous antique powder tin nicely. The whole powder tin has a deep golden hue & has a granular appearance. The lid lifts easily from the base. The base has a few small dings, but nothing that would spoil its enjoyment. Measures 2 1/2" & weighs 19.7 grams. Free lavishly illustrated history of this piece included.
