Antique French painted dressing table
Very pretty French louis xvi style kidney dressing table with garlands to the original bevelled glass, fine carvings and stand on tapered, fluted legs and a decorative stretcher base. Circa 1900
The dressing table certainly has a "distressed" paint finish, being the original, but can be restored if you wanted or we can fully repaint in a colour of your choice...priced as you see it here though.
We have fitted a duck egg silk below the shaped kidney glass which really brings the whole piece to life, though you can change this very easily...you will see there is a chip to the rear of the glass shown in the photograph.
