Impressive antique French cocktail drinks cabinet in Kingwood & other woods, dating from around the 1930's period. This cabinet has many fine features inside & out. It has beautiful deep carvings in many places with some lightly applied gilt work within some parts of the carvings. The front is serpentine shaped & it separates into two sections for easier transportation. The top half has shaped panels on the sides & the doors, which in turn have beautiful floral paintings. The inside of the cabinet is stunning too & it's all polished, with shaped shelves & a light which should be checked by an electrician. There is a mirrored base inside & a pull out mirrored sliding shelf for serving drinks on. This cabinet has canted corners, two drawers below with original handles & sits on well shaped legs. It's in excellent condition all over. Please enlarge all the images to appreciate the depth of the carvings.
