Antique Burr Walnut Double Wardrobe and dating from around 1920. Constructed from quality walnut it has a cornice top with a moulded a carved cartouche to the centre. Below are two doors with moulded panels and brass handle.
Internally it has a full length brass hanging rail to one side and to the other side are four shelves with one drawer to the base. To the inside of the door is a small mirror with a tie rack below. The wardrobe has canted sides with a small carved corbel to the top and bottom. It is moulded to the base and stands on short cabriole legs on a pad foot.

Measures 76" high x 22" deep x internal depth 19.5" x 38" wide

A superb Walnut Wardrobe and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
