Outstanding quality antique mahogany eight day triple chiming Grandmother antique clock having an outstanding quality mahogany case with a shaped arched top glazed and mahogany door flanked by turned mahogany columns with brass caps. The door opens to reveal a brass and silver ornate arched dial maker’s name, Canham of London with a silent & chime option mechanism chiming Westminster, Whittington or St Michael. It boasts a long crossbanded figured mahogany shaped door with a moulded edge, mahogany cross banded base and raised on shaped bracket feet.
A charming example in lovely condition and perfect working order.
