A super quality, figured walnut and inlaid trumpet workbox of circular form. The interior retains its original paper lining. The tripod base has finely carved legs jointed into an equally fine turned column. A very decorative piece inlaid on the top, around the rim and down the flared out trumpet base. Circa. 1870
