A Small 17th Century Walnut Coffer. Spanish walnut coffer
A small 17th century Spanish walnut coffer with later 19th century folk art carving depicting birds upon branches. The chest has its original lock and plate with hasp and the original loop and pin hinges.
The chest has a couple of old restorations commiserate with age but is in excellent condition with fantastic colour and patination.
