For sale today we have this seldom seen example of a twin handled William Moorcroft Biscuit Box in the Pomegranate Pattern. A very nice example, the box features a band of large ripe Pomegranate fruits to the main body along with an abundance of berries and verdant green leaves all set against a blue into greeny ochre ground. The lid is also decorated with further berries and leaves.

Stands 7" tall x 7 1/2" across the handles. Stamped Moorcroft, Made in England along with William's blue "flash" signature to bothe the base and lid. Circa 1925.
