A Large Victorian Pine Blanket Box on Casters.
The box is made from good quality thick pine, it has iron bound corners for added strength and has blacksmith made strap hinges. The box has very attractive carrying handles, there is a small brass escutcheon and it is clean on the inside another useful feature of this chest is that it is on casters for ease of movement
The chest is well over 100 years old and it is in good condition, as you would expect there are a few minor blemishes but no serious faults.
So whether for toys blankets or any other storage this one would also make a very good size Coffee Table
