A French gilded four glass mantel antique clock. Bevelled glass panels with opening front and rear doors. The original case gilding in very good condition, a little wear to the top panel. An enamel dial with blued steel hands. A mercury compensating pendulum. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. The mechanism is marked 'A.1 and 8408. Circa 1895.
