A good quality four glass mantel antique clock. Bevelled glass panels with opening front and rear doors. A more unusual example with rouge marble to the top and base. An enamel dial with 'moon' blued steel hands and a visible escapement wheel. A rarer Ellicott design compensating pendulum. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell by Marti of Paris. Circa 1895.
