A fine quality French brass cased carriage antique clock of smaller proportions. An silvered dial with blued steel hands. The original case gilding. A bowed fluted carrying handle and corinthium capped fluted front and rear columns. Dentil cornice detailing to the top and bottom panels and push button repeating. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. A lever escapement. Numbered 9792. Circa 1900.
