A fine Georgian style walnut stool. Raised on beautiful carved cabriole legs with claw and ball feet and shell and foilate carved knees and rails. In very good condition with the drop in seat having been recently recovered. 450mm high, 670mm wide and 510mm deep. English. Circa 1920 W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
