A Superb Run of 8 Padmore and Company (Worcester) China Cups.

Rarely found and especially in such a large quantity.

Very nice quality antique cups, each hand-painted with English birds, perched upon branches or amidst flowers.

Crisp white interiors contrasting subtly with warm ivory coloured exteriors.

These cups display very well and make for a worthwhile buy for anyone with an interest in the historic china output from the city of Worcester, England. Great representative examples.

The stated price is for all eight.

Dimensions -

Approx 8 cms diameter x 6.5 cms tall.

Condition -

Overall, excellent for age. Minor surface wear. Some age-related crazing to the glaze internally, but with very little discolouration (they present as crisp and clean - please see the internal shot). One cup does have a hairline running from the lip down into the body - again not too distracting. Minor surface marks to some of the birds. Some minor dirt ingress to a few of the handles. Overall, well above average and they display very well.
