A most decorative French mantle clock, circa 1880. The 8 day movement striking the full hours and half hours on a cast bell, giving a lovely mellow chime. The movement, pendulum and case are all totally original and numbered 1694. This fine piece is in fantastic condition without any abrasions, over cleaning, losses or additions and would make a fine addition to a collection, or simply to add decor to a fine home.
