Superb Rare 19th Century Sitzendorf Monkey Band Trumpet Player.
The monkey has a lovely face and is dressed in eighteenth century clothing.
The colours on the clothing are superb. Stripy waistcoat with pink trousers and turquoise jacket.
A really cheeky looking figure.
Carries the underglaze mark for Sitzendorf Germany alongside an impressed number.
Seems in perfect condition, slightest of wear but please see all pictures.
