18th.c. square brass dial antique clock by Daniel Lawrence of London c.1740. Engraved and silvered chapter ring and seconds dial, date display and pierced brass spandrels. Engraved on the chapter ring with the inscription ‘Daniel Lawrence Londini fecit’ (London made). Eight day works striking the hours on a bell. Presented in a later case of the correct style with well figured walnut veneers and a bullseye glass to the door. Excellent condition, cleaned and overhauled and sold with a 12 month guarantee.
