A handsome fully restored longcase clock by Charles Lunan of Aberdeen, he is listed as working there from 1760. The case is in mahogany with boxwood stringing to the trunk door. The hood has fluted columns with cast brass corinthian capitals. The trunk door has a working lock and key

It has a good quality five pillar 8 day movement with smart silvered and engraved dial.

The case is in good restored condition and the base looks to have been reconstructed at some time. The movement has been fully restored and is in good working order and keeping good time.
