Handsome and superb quality William IV period chiffonier bookcase in decoratively grained rosewood, having an open bookcase top section with three adjustable shelves and painted simulated rosewood interior, above a two door chiffonier base with a single shelf to the interior and pleated green silks to the doors, raised on a plinth base.

The polish has been revived, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some old marks under the polish as would be expected on a piece of this age, but all very minor and certainly nothing unsightly.
