This Stunning William & Mary Style Walnut Bureau is in Lovely Condition, having a String Inlaid Top and Fall adorned with a reading rest, opening to reveal a Green Leather Insert and a fitted Interior comprising of a Central Door with working Lock to which there is a Key, flanked by Three Pigeon Holes, with Two Small Drawers Below set Either side. Below the Fall, there are Two Small Drawers, and One Large Drawer flanked by Two Pull Out Fall Stays either side. The Drawers are of Dovetailed Construction, all running smooth, fitted with Brass Knob Handles and Shield Escutcheon's, all coming to rest upon four beautifully Turned Legs interspaced with a shaped Cross Stretcher. This really is a stunning Bureau with Gorgeous Veneers and Patina. Circa 1920.
