Welsh Pine & Elm Tavern Cricket Table
A pretty early 19th Century Welsh pine and Elm tavern Cricket Table of desirable and practical large size and proportions. A lovely example in exceptional original condition with superb colour and grain.
Having a large flat top of 33” diameter and standing at 30" high it is most comfortable to sit at and perfect for two or even three people to sit, drink or dine at.
It would make a perfect kitchen table for breakfast or to read the paper at. Cricket antique tables, along with settles are so traditionally iconic that no country cottage or farmhouse should be without one.
This piece was an original fitment of the “Hive” tavern on the Harbourside in Aberaeron Ceredigion and purchased from the current owner by ourselves.
Height 30.5" = 77cm Diameter 33" = 83cm
