Isn't this adorable? and in superb vintage condition! - Made in Italy and marked to the base Bassano, this wonderful powder bowl in the form of a beautiful Pierrot, is iconically Art Deco. A real beauty made of a ceramic it is a top quality piece, the fine ruff is gorgeous - standing c. 4" inch tall with a circa 4" inch base diameter , substantial, there are no chips or cracks evident, the glaze is in very good condition. Very Art Deco in appearance, but impossible to date, originally it would have had a large powder puff, but now I find they make excellent dressing table pieces as trinket dishes to pop cotton wool balls or those special bits of antique jewellery into - A superb piece sure to delight the most discerning of buyers! - Don't miss the opportunity to own this beautiful piece!
