Beautiful! - This gorgeous Porcelain powder bowl, German produced for the French market, has a wonderful Egyptian theme around the base of the bowl, all gilt edged, the nicely shaped top is marked "Poudre" inside is a soft powder puff, with a ivorine ring top - all in all adorable piece that will adorn any vintage dressing table with grace and style. Standing c5" inch tall with a base diameter of 3.5" inch. Difficult to date, but I would estimate 1930's/40's when the world was so interested in the Egyptian theme.
