Antique late Victorian walnut writing desk or dressing table.
This is a lovely piece, that is full of age, charm and character.
Solid with no loose joints.
Period brass and ceramic castors.
The drawers slide freely (some internal staining as one would expect).
An attractive quality piece.
Would look great in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 106cmW x 49cmD x 75cmH (59.5cm high knee hole).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. The castors have some wear as one would expect. A few historic woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure.
