This is an excellent quality antique carved walnut floral upholstered Victorian chaise longue, circa 1850 – 1870. It features a fine crisp carved walnut frame. The chaise is upholstered with deep buttoned pink velvet draylon upholstery and braiding. The chaise features four hand floral carved cabriole legs on the front and back. The chaise has a shaped front and bowed end and a long sweeping carved floral back. It features its original white mug castors. PriceDelivery to any address in mainland England & Wales is £85. Free of active wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges. The deep buttoned velvet upholstery and braiding is in good condition there are no tears or rips but there are several small marks to the upholstery. Although the upholstery shows signs of use it is still in an acceptable condition.
