Victorian Satin Walnut Library Table-Wylie & Lochhead
An attractive 19th century satin walnut library table by Wylie & Lochhead of Glasgow. The rectangular top with a moulded edge and one long oak lined drawer with turned knob handles. Standing on side supports joined by a wide cross rail and on shaped arched feet with original brass and brown ceramic castors. The underside of the table is stamped ‘Wylie & Lochead, 45 Buchanan Street, Glasgow’ with the number 30677.
In a lovely golden colour this table is in very good condition and has also been finished on the back so it can be used free standing rather than just as a side table. It has been recently and sympathetically repolished. There is a drying split to the drawer base but it is still strong.
Please feel free to ask any questions or for more photos.
