A pair of finely cast plated knife rests depicting a gentleman coaxing a donkey over a stream by renowned silversmiths William Hutton & Sons. Registered mark for 13th August 1883 - silver plate. Each 9.5cm long.
For reference, a matching pair hammered at £320 at Sworders in Dec 2018.

I trade in small silver, jewellery and objets d'art. I sell primarily at antiques fairs and in cabinets in Christique Antique Centre in Dorking.
