A Large Victorian (1837-1901) Ebonised Serpentine shaped Boulle Credenza. With intricate boulle inlay and ormolu brass on the frieze and the four columns. With an ebonised top and brass detailing on the base. The credenza has 4 glazed panelled doors, showcasing the golden patterned interior and brass inlaid shelves. This space is great for displaying items.

Boulle
Boulle work (also known as buhl work) is a type of rich marquetry process or inlay perfected by the French cabinetmaker André-Charles Boulle (1642–1732). It involves veneering furniture with tortoiseshell inlaid primarily with brass and pewter in elaborate designs, often incorporating arabesques.
