Victorian Burr Walnut Pedestal Desk
Victorian burr walnut pedestal desk
This Victorian burr walnut pedestal desk was made circa 1870.
The desk is fitted with the usual 9 drawers, 3 along the top and 3 graduated drawers in each pedestal. All lined in fine mahogany with fine dovetails, and the original solid walnut butted knob handles
The round cornered top inset with the high-grade hand dyed hide leather writing surface, and the hand gilt tooling around the leather border edge.
It is made in 3 parts this makes it easy to transport to and around your office or home.
This desk is finished all around and so it can stand away from the wall.
