Splendid Victorian Brass and Iron Double Bed, inlaid with Mother of Pearl

This very pretty Victorian bed dates from around 1800 it is has been recently restored, it is painted in black with brass and Mother of Pearl inlaid detail

All in all a very attractive bed timeless in design it will go very well in a Victorian designed bed room or as a stand alone in a modern design
The bed is good and sound and it is sturdy when assembled, it comes with a purpose made Divan Base
The head of the bed is 66” tall it is a standard double and takes a mattress size 54 x 75 Standard double
