Antique quality Victorian (C1880) aesthetic inlaid glazed pier display cabinet or small bookcase.

Lovely ebonized finish with ormolu brass mounts and decoration.

A great decorative piece of nice quality...even has line inlay to the front edges of the shelves.

This is a lovely item, with a nice look together with loads of charm and character.

Solid, with no loose joints.

Fixed shelves, but they can be fairly easily moved (supports are only pinned on).

No woodworm.

We have a key.

Overall maximum dimensions 87cmW x 32.5cmD x 110.5cmH.

Shelves each 78cmW x 21.5cmD (space above each shelf...bottom 13cm, 1st 11cm, 2nd 11cm, 3rd 11cm, 4th 11cm, top 23cm (reduced entry height)).

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections and alterations as is always the way and to be expected. Some minor finish/veneer imperfections as one would expect. The velour lining is old, faded, worn and marked.
