Victorian Mahogany Dressing Table Victorian Mahogany Dressing %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A magnificent Victorian Mahogany dressing table, featuring a large central mirror, with carved design to top. This is suspended by two decoratively carved supports. Underneath there is a useful bank of jewellery/make up drawers, which sit above a twin pedestal base featuring a further eight drawers. This piece would be ideal for any period bedroom setting, and is in a lovely warm mahogany colour. The item is in excellent condition for a piece of this age, circa 1890, but as you will expect, there will be some small marks and signs of general wear and tear conclusive with age. If you notice, in one of the photographs, there is a slight fifty pence size of foxing to the mirror, and one of the handles is missing. However, our restorers are in the process of turning a replica handle to be fitted to this piece.
