Probably ‘His Grace’ the 4th Duke (1760-1844), son of one of England’s Youngest Prime Ministers..and also an MP..... most wonderful colour ... practical flat top(including original sealing wax!).... super characterful storage.... Boldly strapped ......A strong box and a strong statement!
