Striking Art Deco 1930s Oak Sideboard Art Deco Sideboard Oak %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A very attractive Art Deco oak sideboard of lovely quality and design presented in a first rate order. We do not choose too many Art Deco sideboards to add to our stock, they are usually poor in quality and to be frank, of poor design however this one bucks the trend!

The look is tremendous and so is the craftsmanship. Firstly those original chrome plated handles on the two drawers and cupboards are a delight, the slender line of ebonised finish to the lower legs is spot on, the grain of oak chosen is perfect, the idea of those circles to the cupboard fronts was very clever and the quality is first rate with a wonderful panelled back which is numbered.

We have carefully refinished the piece ensuring that the grain and cut of the oak chosen by the maker can be enjoyed and fully appreciated. All the chrome handles are in great order with gentle day to day tarnish but nothing nasty. We have replaced the baize on the inside of the right hand side drawer and ensured that the piece is clean and ready to place.

Splendid piece of Art Deco antique furniture of accommodating proportions.
