An attractive, solid Oak, circa 1910, Jacobean style double bed. Featuring raised and fielded panels to back and turned supports, this is an extremely heavy and sturdy English Oak bed. This bed features a matching footboard, and is supported by robust side irons. It would make an ideal feature in any period property or countryside residence. We supply this bed with a newly made pine slatted bed base as pictured below all that is required is a standard double mattress. The bed is in good condition for its age, with very little sign of wear and tear a beautiful example of classic English antique furniture.
