Fine set of six mid 19th.c. carved rosewood dining chairs c.1850. Beautiful shapely frames in solid rosewood. Top rail and back stretcher with crisp carved acanthus leaf detail. Upholstered seat pads with a serpentine front edge, raised on cabriole front legs with floral detail and scroll feet. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops and freshly upholstered in a soft oatmeal coloured tweed.
Dimensions: width 19″, depth 21″, height 34″.
