A well preserved and particularly fine example ,Regency Chinese export work table profusely and tastefully decorated with extensive gilt pen work and lacquered scenes depicting Chinese life scenes of people villages floral foliage and birds in wonderful micro detail .The decor continues to the fitted interior with camel bone knobs with brass upright position stay.Raised on turned supports united by a stretcher on stylised lion paw feet retaining original lock and key
The table is in a beautiful country house unrestored condition with minor signs of use commensurate with age
