Old and Primitive Carved 16th Century 5 Plank Oak Coffer

This very old chest is made in Oak, it dates back to the time of HenryVIII
The front of the chest is carved with a running motif of lancet arches which is very typical of a piece from this time
This is a very old piece and it is in satisfactory condition for its years

The coffer is 26” long, 14” deep and 22” high
