We can usually arrange delivery throughout the UK and Europe at competitive prices. We use parcel carriers such as DHL and FedEx for smaller pieces and furniture couriers for larger items. The furniture couriers usually provide a ‘one man kerbside service’. The driver will be helpful and try to deliver to your room of choice but assistance may be required. If you think you might require a two - man delivery service just let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location but parcel carriers can usually deliver within a few days and furniture couriers within 7 - 21 days. Furniture couriers will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Worldwide Shipping
We can send small items worldwide via DHL or FedEX, please contact us for a quotation.
For larger items we can, upon request, recommend a number of reputable shipping companies. You can contact them directly for a quotation to ship anywhere in the world and we will be happy to deliver your item/s to their London based offices free of charge.
RETURNS

We ask that you carefully inspect your goods when they are delivered. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return them within 14 days for a full refund less any transportation or postage costs.
