Antique pair of 19th Century Victorian (or possibly Edwardian) embroidered needlework foot stools.

These are very rare and unusual items.

Lovely proportions and styling.

Solid, with no loose joints.

335mm diameter tops, overall maximum dimensions 415mm diameter x 390mmH.

Historic knocks, marks, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique stools. Note that the upholstery is old and has wear and marks...but still looks fantastic. We have not inspected components concealed beneath the fabric. There is evidence of some structural repairs, although everything is good and solid now.
