An octagonal rolled gold pocket watch. A gilt dial with retailers name John C Diggins, Hamilton who was a jeweller in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Pierced gilt hands and black Arabic numerals to the dial. A high quality 17 jewel Swiss made mechanism. A rolled gold case stamped 'Fahys Montauk Quality', by Fahys watch company. The back of this watch is engraved with floral decoration and a scene of a woodland cabin. Circa 1930.
