A charming near pair of antique Victorian cast iron single beds (3ft Wide) in a gloss cream finish and dating from circa 1870. The curved iron frames with inner rails forming diamond shapes with central decorative roundel all joined by ornate castings. Both are a similar size and design and work well as a matched pair. Comprising two headboards, two footboards and four drop-in side irons to make two complete solid and sturdy beds. (no bases or mattresses included).

These beds have been fairly recently restored in a cream gloss finish. A few small chips and marks here and there but otherwise good. The iron rails fit in well and create reasonably solid bed frames – ready for bases and mattress.
