Stylish little 20th.c. marble top and painted wrought iron console or hall table c.1930. Highly figured marble top with a serpentine shaped and moulded edge. On a wrought iron base with scrolling apron and a single leg swept back towards the wall. With a large acanthus leaf at the centre, repeated above the foot. Retaining the original green and gold paintwork attractively worn through in places. Secured to the wall with two screws below the marble. Very good condition.
Dimensions: width 44″, depth 17″, height 36″.
