Mid 19th.c. mahogany half tester double bed c.1860. With an impressive 82” tall head end with reeded columns and a serpentine shaped cornice repeated in the shape of the freshly upholstered and padded head board. Splendid footboard with half moon flame mahogany panel, applied carvings and beautifully turned, finial top balusters to each side . Very clean 48” x 72” bedbase and mattress supplied.
